More than 40 Ciphr employees across multiple departments took part in the research, including Ciphr’s chief people and operations officer Claire Williams and head of people experience Karen Lough (who are co-hosting a seminar on Ciphr’s V2MoM framework rollout at HR Technologies on 17 April).
Unsurprisingly, given the continuing impact of the cost of living crisis, the top three factors reportedly affecting UK HR teams the most, include the rising cost of business, employee wage expectations, and mental and physical wellbeing concerns.
