Like many organisations, we realised our reward and engagement offering had evolved but wasn’t delivering clarity or support our people needed. With a workforce including both desk-based and deskless employees, and expectations shifting rapidly since the pandemic accelerated the role of technology, we took the opportunity to rethink our approach.
