Initially starting out in retail, Alastair then worked in global HR and IT management consultancy for Accenture and EY, alongside developing a business change capability at Trafigura. Most recently, he has led the value advisory team at Dayforce in EMEA for the past 4 years. The value advisory team help customers to develop strategic solutions to solve systemic challenges faced by their workforces, in turn achieving quantifiable business value for their investments.
