Annabel Jones is a Senior HR Director at ADP, a leading global provider of Human Capital Management solutions. With a wealth of experience spanning all areas of human resources, she has successfully contributed to diverse industries including travel, music, and film. Since joining ADP in 2014, Annabel has led the HR function for the UK and Ireland and currently oversees HR for the International Sales & Marketing organization. In this role, she drives organizational strategy, enhances performance, and fosters the growth and development of leaders and associates across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. Annabel holds a degree in psychology from the University of Portsmouth, underpinning her strategic approach to people management.
