Based in Dublin, she has spent the last 8 years at Workday evolving from leading Recruiting product investments to overseeing global HCM and Talent product portfolios. Today, Bernie’s vision is centered on harnessing responsible AI and machine learning to build extensible, skills-based products to redefine how we work and how work gets done. Bernie is currently leading the product team to drive innovation in the Workday Talent Product suite to help organizations thrive and transform HR. By embedding intelligence into the core of the oCHRO suite, she ensures organisations don't just manage talent, but proactively predict and meet the demands of a rapidly shifting global market.
