Céline is an HR practitioner and knowledge expert with experience gained across several different industries and sectors. Passionate about HR transformation, Céline had the opportunity to support companies to transform and become more agile, using digital tools to focus on what really matters: their employees.
After starting her career in investment banking at Société Générale and Nomura International, she spent a few years in management consulting in specialised HR boutique firms in London. Céline joined Oracle in 2020 with the aim of supporting clients and rapidly evolving companies to use technological innovation as enabler to improve efficiency and productivity, to make processes and ways of doing things more fluid and to transform organisations in depth.
