Chris Tomlinson is the founder and Managing Director of Muuto Consulting, where he helps organisations navigate the messy reality of large-scale transformation: restructuring, operating model redesign, and HR digital transformation. Having led complex programmes both in-house and as an advisor, Chris specialises in the intersection of technology adoption and whole-systems change, helping leaders move beyond pilots to fundamentally rewire how their organisations work. A practitioner of AI as well as a consultant, he holds a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from Oxford University's Saïd Business School.
