Claire Williams is chief people and operations officer at HR software provider Ciphr and a fellow of the CIPD – the UK's professional body for HR. She leads on Ciphr's people and culture, as well as companywide strategic initiatives and operations. She has been with Ciphr six years, and has nearly 20 years' experience in the HR profession spanning various industries and sectors.
