Ed Hickey

Ed has spent the last 7 years co-running a leading UK based digital agency, helping businesses innovate and succeed through technology, including HRTech. Prior to this he spent 15 years in the background screening industry, holding global leadership positions at both Kroll Background Screening and HireRight. Ed was attracted to return to the industry by Certn’s tech forward approach and commitment to innovation. He continues to hold a board position at DabApps and regularly consults with business leaders and educators on technology and product development.
