She specialises in HR technology transformation and recently provided HR project consultancy on a major multi-system change programme, replacing HR, payroll, recruitment, learning management, and talent systems with integrated solutions from The Access Group.
With a professional background spanning finance and construction, Ellisa also brings experience in digital product design, having worked on the development of digital publications and mobile applications for both Android and Apple platforms.
