Evan Hatch

Evan has 25 years’ experience implementing and managing SAP HR and Payroll projects, as well as managing global SuccessFactors implementations and HR transformation programmes. He started and developed his own specialist SAP HR and Payroll consultancy, reaching a headcount of 20 permanent employees (2007 – 2012). Evan’s recent focus has been on Programme Management roles for large global customers, wishing to successfully roll out SuccessFactors across their organisations. Evan has extensive experience in digital HR transformation programmes, involving national and global organisations including Inchcape, HSBC, and the BBC.
