Fraser Kirk is currently global VP, HR Digital Transformation, Systems & Analytics at GKN Automotive. Fraser was responsible for helping set up the GBS Centre in Porto and deploying Oracle HCM globally when he joined GKN 4 years ago. Prior to this he was VP Global HR Shared Services at Brambles Group where he was responsible for setting up and running Global HR Operations, Employee & Labour Relations, Recruitment, Payroll, HRIS, HR Reporting and Projects. Before joining Brambles Fraser was Director Finance Strategic Initiatives at Coca Cola Enterprises which involved the design and setup of their GBS Centre in Bulgaria. Fraser also had roles at CCE as Head of European HR Services responsible for running the regional services operation, and Global HR Transformation Programme Director which involved rolling out HR shared services, HR systems and transforming the overall HR model in Europe and North America. Fraser is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and holds an MBA from Manchester Business School.
