I'm currently Director of HR/OD for the London Borough of Newham, having moved there in June 2024 following over 11 years as Assistant Director (Corporate Services) with Leicestershire County Council. I was also privileged to be President of the PPMA between 2022 and 2024. I have a keen interest in a wide range of workforce challenges and opportunities, including how we continue to modernise, streamline and transform.
