James Proctor has worked in HR and payroll for his whole career, and currently leads the Senior Leadership Team at the respected HR Technology consultancy, Phase 3. With a vast experience across public and private sector HR challenges, and a deep understanding of HR technology capabilities, James is able to expertly lead the Phase 3 team to select and implement software of behalf of clients; with user adoption and ROI at the heart of every project. In his senior position within the company, James is a champion of workplace wellbeing, as well as taking a forward-thinking approach to our own systems design, process improvements and adoption of emerging technologies. A regular speaker at industry events and a prominent content creator, he is also the host of a popular HR podcast, The HR Green Room.
