Jody Davies is UK Country Manager for Inrecruiting at Zucchetti, a European leader in the supply of HR and business software solutions. With nearly a decade of experience in the HR technology sector, she supports organisations in developing strategies that strengthen how they attract, engage and prepare talent through the effective use of digital solutions.
Previously, Jody partnered with global enterprise employers at the world’s largest job search engine, contributing to large-scale hiring strategies and supporting the rollout of new product initiatives designed to improve recruitment performance at scale.
Today, she works closely with organisations across sectors to align people technology with business objectives, helping them navigate the evolving HR tech landscape and reduce friction across the hiring and early employee journey.
