Jorge Aisa Dreyfus has a 25+ year’s career in Human Resources covering several sectors and HR specialties. Since 2019, Jorge heads Talent, Capability & Culture at Sage, Europe’s second largest software company. Jorge started his career at Citi and It was here that Jorge found his passion for Learning & Development making this an area of focus. From finance, Jorge moved to engineering and manufacturing joining Honeywell as their EMEA Director of Learning and Development. 5 years later, Jorge returned to Finance to head Learning, Talent, Resourcing & Organizational Development for HSBC’s Institutional Businesses and later globally. In 2015, Jorge changed sector again and moved to Bupa, a purpose driven global Health and Care company to head their Talent function. Prior to starting his professional career Jorge completed degrees in Psychology and Business in Spain followed by a Masters in Human Resources from The London School of Economics in the UK.
