Before Wayve, Kenny was part of the early team at Gorillas, joining as the 5th employee and helping scale the company to over 2,000 people within a year. Prior to that, he worked at WeWork during the now-infamous “We Crashed” era - an experience that taught me a lot about hyper-growth, culture, and getting comfortable with the uncomfortable.
Kenny is particularly interested in building People functions that are invisible when they should be, impactful when they need to be, and always designed with the user in mind.
