Kirsty Waller is General Manager of Sage People, leading the strategy and transformation of Sage’s HR and People solution to deliver exceptional value for customers. Passionate about new technology, she is driving the strategic adoption of AI to create smarter, more intuitive experiences that help organisations attract, engage, and retain their people. Prior to this, Kirsty was Vice President of Performance Marketing at Sage covering UKIA and Europe. As part of her role, she was responsible for gaining insight and understanding the ever-changing business environment for SMBs and championing the use of technology to drive efficiency and productivity in business operations. This position at Sage gave her the enviable opportunity to gain insight from over 1 million UK businesses, using this insight to help organisations scale and grow. Kirsty’s professional experience covers brand strategy, digital transformation, customer acquisition, customer success and loyalty, and building thought leadership in the technology space. Throughout her career, Kirsty has had a focus on building high performance teams and is passionate about providing the right environment for people to thrive, take calculated risks and be the best they can be.
