Laura Fink is a People & Culture leader specialising in helping high-growth technology companies build, scale, and evolve into high-performing organisations. As People & Culture Director at HiBob, she partners with global commercial and executive leadership to strengthen performance, leadership capability, and operating models as the business scales towards IPO.
Her experience spans hyper-growth at Google, where she supported large-scale hiring and organisational growth across EMEA, to building People functions from scratch in venture-backed fintech, deep tech, and SaaS companies. She has led organisations through the full lifecycle of growth: from early-stage build, through rapid scaling, to embedding the structure, discipline, and leadership capability required for sustained performance.
