Laura Shanley is an employee experience and communication leader, a caring and creative problem solver, and an employee recognition transformer. She has overhauled longstanding recognition programs and built global, enterprise-wide programs from the ground up. Laura has a passion for building people-focused programs that reflect and reinforce company culture and help connect and inspire employees. She spent 16 years envisioning and delivering employee communications, engagement, and recognition programs at Qualcomm. Since then, she led the development and rollout of the first enterprise-wide recognition programs at both Okta and DocuSign. She also advises companies building great places to work through the employee experience lens.
