With over 13 years of experience in human capital management, Lydia is a results-driven and customer-centric HR leader. She is a trusted partner and c-suite advisor with an in-depth understanding of the HR and talent challenges facing organizations of various sizes and stages of growth and maturity. With the rise of technology in HR, Lydia is currently working with organizations to architect and build the digital infrastructure needed to embrace the future of work and advancements in HR technology such as Generative AI. Lydia has a proven track record of solving complex HR and human capital challenges by using a data-driven approach, focusing on the big picture while executing the tactical details and creating positive organizational change through meticulous change management and the application of digital technologies and analytics. She has spearheaded the design and implementation of the future state HR strategy as a shared services organization, architected the HR organization and technology landscape, and transformed and governed FP&A for people functions.
