Malcolm Taylor has over 20 years of experience in people management, predominantly focusing on the Public & Rail sectors. He leads several work streams as part of an HR systems-retender project as well as a LMS renewal, delivering both new systems into the business. Malcolm successfully developed and implemented a new 'People Framework' that supports the personal, corporate and professional effectiveness learning pathway strategy and career progression. He has been a keynote speaker at L&D events, and is passionate about shaping the L&D philosophy contained within the Corporate Learning & Development strategy.
