Mark Goodwin

Mark is senior business development manager at Natural HR. After starting his career in software as far back as the last millennium, he’s focussed exclusively on the world of HR tech since 2008. Mark has been involved in hundreds of HR software projects of all shapes and sizes and understands that good HR tech can vastly improve business decisions – ensuring HR have a strategic voice. His particular focus is helping HR teams to squeeze every last drop of value out of their HR system - which usually means improving processes and using data to work as effectively as possible.
