Martin has worked in the HR domain for 20 years leading global teams in the HRIS and People Analytics domain. He has spent time both on the business and consulting side of the table, experiencing many industries and maturity levels of HR. Martin has experience in many HR transformation initiatives but has recently led a global HR transformation at NEC (Global Ways of Working) where they moved all countries onto one platform, SuccessFactors. This programme has been a huge success bringing 40+ countries onto common processes and common platforms. He also has also led payroll, case management, shared services and worked on large mergers and acquisitions.
