Matt Charney

Matt Charney is the head of the talent acquisition practice at HR.com, overseeing all recruitment related content and events for the 2M+ member community. Matt started his career leading sourcing and employer branding for companies such as Disney, Warner Bros. and Amgen; he has also held marketing leadership and strategy roles for a number of HR Tech companies, including Monster, Cornerstone OnDemand, Allegis and SmartRecruiters. He also serves as an advisor or board member for almost two dozen startups in the TA space.
