Milena Mladenović Krušić is an HR executive and business consultant with 11+ years of experience across logistics, staffing, SaaS, gaming, and consulting, leading HR in both fast-growing scale-ups and established organisations.
She currently serves as VP of HR at Native Teams, a global platform for work payments and employment, where she drives people strategy, leadership development, and HR operations for a distributed workforce. Alongside this, she is CPO and co-founder of aceIT, advising tech companies through interim and fractional HR leadership, M&A support, and the design of scalable HR systems and processes.
Throughout her career, Milena has built HR functions from the ground up and led five acquisitions and post-acquisition integrations. She has also supported major scale-ups, growing teams from fewer than 10 to several dozen employees, and expansions from 800 to 2,500+ employees.
Her expertise spans European labour law, organisational design, performance and compensation framework change management, positioning her as a strategic partner to founders and executive teams.
