A second-time founder, he previously built and exited a global edTech company, where his team achieved some of the highest retention rates in the UK by truly listening to employees.
Following the acquisition, as the organisation scaled, he experienced firsthand how quickly that connection can weaken when people no longer feel heard. That contrast shaped his conviction and led him to create Hoogly, which uses conversational AI to uncover what employees are truly experiencing and help leaders take meaningful action.
