Oliver Latham

Oliver is responsible for all sales to Pearson's Enterprise customers in EMEA. His team drives sales pan-Pearson, helping customers solve major talent and skills challenges, especially in Talent Planning, Talent Sourcing, Talent Development and Market Development. Prior to this role, Oliver spent three years developing and executing on Pearson's Workforce strategy focused on data-driven upskilling and reskilling in support of career progression, employee and employer growth, and helping people unlock their potential. Oliver is passionate about changing the narrative around work – it is no longer about what you have done, but about what you can do! Oliver has also led teams in Pearson's Higher Education business and before joining Pearson, he spent 11 years as a management consultant at EY looking at workforce and skills challenges across the corporate and government organisations.
