Rachel Mandley

Rachel has been working in HR and payroll for over 15 years across multiple roles and industry sectors. Throughout her career she has worked on several large-scale and global transformation programmes, through which she found her passion for technology. In her previous role as Head of HR Systems & Shared Services for Essentra, Rachel led the successful rollout of the Ceridian Dayforce platform across 30+ countries, following which she decided to join the Ceridian team. Rachel is now an Account Executive for the EMEA region, and is passionate about working with organisations who are looking at how disruptive technologies can help to deliver a world class employee experience whilst achieving measurable business results.
