Rosalyn Rudran

Rosalyn Rudran is presently Head of HR Tech, the lead for HR and Payroll Systems for The Salvation Army UK and is responsible for the HRIS and payroll system function and related data and analytics delivery. As an IT professional with an MSc in Information Systems from City University and an active BCS member she is an advocate for process and service transformation through advancing HRIS capabilities. Rosalyn has worked across the private, charity/not-for-profit and government sectors and has a passion for driving HR tech transformation and instilling continuous improvement methodologies. Rosalyn has led the implementation of new organisation-wide systems, project managed process improvements, and taken organisations through reviews of processes, advancing analytics offerings and implemented systems to create efficiencies and capitalised on digitisation to establish financial, space and time savings.
