As the Global Director for HR Transformation, Suzanne's remit is designing and implementing the HR Operating Model globally, ensuring strategic focus whilst modernising people practices across the employee lifecycle. Suzanne is driven by enhancing employee experiences, streamlining processes, and maximising technology platforms to align with Clifford Chance's People Strategy, continuing to drive organisational excellence and commercial discipline. An Executive Coach and previous Global L&LD Leader within the firm, Suzanne has been involved in the growth and development of colleagues aligning to key strategic objectives, designing and executing leadership programmes that engage and retain talent, future-proofing the firm.
