As part of Product Strategy, Sarah-Jane's mission is to showcase Workday's Talent products vision and strategy to inspire both customers and prospects to fully leverage Workday's capabilities. Her journey with Workday began in 2019 when she joined as a Managing Partner. Over the years, she transitioned into Product Strategy, initially serving as the Strategist for Talent Optimisation, before refocusing her efforts to engage more closely with customers and partners. With nearly two decades of experience in the Technology sector, Sarah-Jane has held diverse roles including Solution Consultant, Financial Accountant, and Strategy Consultant. Motivated by the rapid pace of change in our world, she is committed to guiding customers in future-proofing their organisations to effectively manage and mobilise their workforce. Outside of work, Sarah-Jane enjoys traveling, ideating, immersing herself in different cultures, and spending quality time with her family.
