Steve Elcock is a technology entrepreneur and Cambridge University neuroscientist with more than 25 years’ experience in HR software. Driven by a vision to challenge traditional HCM thinking, he set out to create a more connected, employee-centric world of work. Steve has led the development of innovative SaaS HR platforms that unify HR, payroll and workforce processes, and has been at the forefront of AI innovation in the sector, pioneering new capabilities such as ELLA to enhance decision-making and employee experience.
