Introducing HRIntelligence®
We've been deliberately quiet about what's new. That changes now, almost. With one week to go until HR Technologies UK, we're ready to share a little more about what we're bringing to Stand EE01. New features across HRIntelligence® will give managers better support at the point of decision and give employees clearer, plain-English answers to the questions they're currently afraid to ask. There's more built around how appraisals actually work in practice, how preferences and adjustments can be captured without making anyone feel like a category, and how probation periods can be managed fairly and objectively from day one. None of it is theoretical. All of it is live at the show first. If you want to see them in action before they go public, Stand EE01 is the only place to do that. ExCeL London. 29 and 30 April.
The features we're launching at HR Technologies UK follow a consistent principle: the workplace should be designed around people from the start, not adjusted for them after the fact.

In practice, that means:

Smarter decision support for managers, so the right call isn't dependent on who happens to be in the room that day.

Clearer answers for employees, so they can understand their own contract and rights without needing to escalate everything.

A more structured approach to appraisals, so self-assessment means something rather than being a box-ticking exercise.

A structured induction that turns probation into something objective. Tasks are set, completed, and signed off by a manager, so decisions at the end of a probation period are based on evidence, not impression.

A tool that takes the vagueness out of performance expectations. KPIs generated clearly, consistently, and without the usual debate about what "good" actually looks like for a given role.

And tools for capturing individual preferences and adjustments in a way that normalises the conversation rather than making it feel like a formal request.

These aren't roadmap items. They'll be live and demonstrable at the show.

We'll be at Stand EE01 for both days. If you'd like to book time with us ahead of the show: hrmanager.co.uk

First look is at the stand. They go public after.
